Commuication via the medium of moving pictures. Images are recorded in series on photographic film. After development and editing, they are presented by casting a light through the film to project an image on a screen.
The term often refers to the art of creating a film.

In the Shannon/Weaver model of communication feedback refers to a message returned from the receiver to the sender. It is the presence of complex feedback that prevents the Shannon/Weaver model from adequately describing human communication in detail.
