THE U.S. LEGAL SYSTEM
The legal system of the United States contains many elements, including such as:
- the Constitution of the United States
- the President, Congress and the Supreme Court
- many other legislative bodies, executives and courts
- all of the laws that are now in effect
- lawyers and their clients
- police officers
- individual citizens
- and more.
The relationships include such as speeding tickets, court
trials, elections, and the like.
The environment of the system includes the
world outside of the United States as well as the day-to-day living conditions
of U.S. residents.
The system is constantly changing as people act to comply
with, enforce, evade or change the laws.
